As I have mentioned before, this was a sight to see. I was back in Seattle hanging with my best friend from Boston, quite altered, and standing in the Showbox. Later, I'd realize that I'd witnessed my personal peak of that year's Terrastock with 2 nights left to go. First there were the Lothars and their boxes, moving like finely oiled robots knee-deep in warm jello. Then came Carl on a pink strofoam shell, staring intently at the luminous fish below. Windy joined later, coalesceing down from a passing cloud. I swear to god she said something about something, but I must have been really gonzo at the time. This is a recording of their original co-performance in SFO a few years back. Same schtick, but if they ever release the SEA show on CD, I'll gladly buy the schtick again.
