This is a very nice album, all but one track is beat-ridden. The first really notable thing about the music is that it's 100% analog-based (AFX's calling card), since it spans 7 years of development. The second really notable thing is that there's nothing else like this disc, or not that I've heard. Oh sure, people have tried, but they just don't compare -- in my world, uniqueness counts for a lot. Xtal and Tha are very addictive, as is most of the 70+ minutes on the album. As usual, it's an import-only release (currently).
