When Diazepam and I were visiting SFO, he managed to nab a copy of 'Because' on vinyl. Eventually this CD came out which encompasses that and what I can only assume is another one of mr. Lohmann's EPs. The tracks make use of liberal filtering and echo to produce a very haunting, breathy mood. They don't have a structure so much as a presence, like of an infinite feeling of the now. Very very charming. Kompakt is a small label with a considerable following, so I would think this album may still be found out there.
