Symphonic Suite Akira
This is the soundtrack to a extremely well animated Japanese film; in fact, it beats anything that anyone else has done 9 ways to Sunday. The soundtrack is very intense, and contains both Japanese ethnic, industrial and other funky influences. A lot of the album would fit very well at a funeral, though not very much of it is depressing. It's not quite like anything else I've put out here, so you'll have to just take my word for it... it's great! I think that there was a domestic release of this one with a different cover, and you might be able to find it at Tower.
