Picked this up on the suggestion of Brown'n'Serve, who said it was "Thursday Afternoon"-ish (an Eno reference). He was right in that it's an excellent album for a Thursday Afternoon, but it's not a piano piece (which is all that TA is). Regardless, I fall to pieces every time I heard the second track, and the others are very nice as well. Don't know what mr. Laswell contributed to this work, but mr. Thaemlitz tosses in some very, uh, obtrusive sounds which keep you from falling into a stupor. It's annoying at first, but it really grows on you over time. It's a Subharmonic release, so it's domestic and almost findable.
