tzuki [Moon]
I'm not exactly sure what it is about this album that strikes me so positively. Maybe it's that i've always liked music that bends itself backwards, somehow defying the usual forward linear progression. Also, there's its saccharine simplicity, somewhere between a sonic representation of light and water. And the tunes have such a nice catchy pattern to them, one that makes you want to come back again sometime soon. As undefinably comforting as any other Ambient album i own, it makes for itself a nice warm nest in my collection. If you feel the same twinges of attraction that i have, i'm sure you could give a Moon a home.
