This is an album in the BM/R's Voyager Music series which doesn't actually contain signals from Voyager. Actually, it's all transmissions from satellites orbiting Earth (no, you can't hear I Love Lucy in the background). The liner notes actually state that the music was "composed" from these sounds, but it sounds pretty random to me. It's 30+ minutes and very soothing and spacious, an a little higher in frequency than the Voyager stuff, but very endearing. Gotta mail order it through BM/R though.
