This album is a double-disc set that totals 110+ minutes. The disc comes with a cool booklet with a lot of neat information relating to the SETI project. .beacon01 is an augmented Q&A session about the Project and what its reasons, dreams and realistic chances are. The rest of the album is music with a neat technological feel to it, more so than the first. Even better, it's an album that was called "dark, intruiging... alive!" by Leonard Nimoy; with that sort of endorsement, how can you possibly go wrong. The domestic Instinct release has a red bar on the cover, the import has a black one.
