beautiful audio model of a lush oasis surrounded by an endless sandscape. the environment itself is rendered as a temperate particle stream, smooth and organic, saturated with deep waves of aural heat. one track, more than 35 minutes long, and with a very constant and incidental texture... great repeat-play overnight listening. sonic character is very reminiscent of Second Nature and En Attendant Cousteau (by mr. Jarre, not yet reviewed). truly an interesting turn for a pair of House boys. it's on Monolake's personal label, so you'll probabably want to check out their site.
