Forgotten Places
There's something terribly eerie about how beautiful this album is. The muted piano notes are unstructured and omnipresent; points of reference along the path, while the gaps in-between are filled with a soft mortal sadness. Maybe it's some specific frequency, or some combination thereof, but there's an unmistakable heart to this album. I've heard so many of the individual elements before, but the notes, and the tones -- they're caught up in such an intimate embrace. It's so wordlessly wonderful. Every time it comes around on my broadcast, it just makes me smile so deep & wide. I have the impression that it's a hard album to find, so I wish you all the best of luck in your searches.
