EEG got this album while I was hopping between PBI, PHX and SEA, and I was pathetically jealous. In the throes of desperation I faxed the label, and the Main Man from Switzerland sent me this disc and another 12" (which I passed on to another devoted fan). This label and its associated artists (who are usually the same recombined folks) have the same cheerful feel that has made Visit Venus so dear to me. Nice, happy, Jazz with a hint of Dub and Funk, and plenty of deep and lovely accentuating sounds all over the place. A good example is Unforgettable Move, which doesn't really sound like it's going anywhere but eventually breaks into a smooth moving rhythm (if you wait long enough). Not ambient, per se, but definitely on the mellow side of the tracks. Ask around for this album and more from the label... I'd like to seem them get more business.
