As a general rule, the rhythms of Disc 7 will only be added to the broadcast between the hours of 9am and 7pm Pacific Time (5pm - 3am GMT).
All of the “daytime” songs have been normalized against the same Reference Tone meant for nighttime, so they shouldn’t interrupt your cat-naps.
